![]() I am running a 162 powerclaw and have never had any sort of vibration at all. Not sure if that is true but i was told by someone that has beening doing this for way longer they i have and had a rep for knowing what they were talking about so i clipped my track. ![]() Just for the record, I was also told that you need to clip the whole track if you run it on a nytro to save the hyfax and track because the extra weight of the sled. 2021 Khaos 165 series 8, blown shaft at 32 miles, track looked fine 2021 Khaos 165 series 8, blown shaft at 7 miles on the trail, track was fine I believe 2021 Khaos 155 series 8, blown shaft at 77 miles (I believe), don't know many more details the 2 165s above were both in my area, 1 being my buddy's (he still doesn't have it back yet). he has a good picture and explains it quite well. If you look in the TTabs Sticky at the top of the forum about halfway though he showes you how to trim the track. Unless you have the avid drivers (arctic cat) specificly for the powerclaw track this will occur. In powder if you are running the track loose it will be less apparent but it will still be there. As the drivers rotate, they will hit every other nub and climb over it causing a big vibration. To run the powerclaw you need to cut off or trim ever oither outside nub off the track if you are running anti-ratchet drivers.
